When packaging your Product, be sure to include all materials included in your description when we calculated your offer. Remember to package screens individually wrapped, protected and secured in a sturdy box. Failure to include any items you told us about when the offer was calculated, sending us a Product which does not match your original description, or incorrect packaging which causes additional damage, may impact the final value of your Product and may result in a revised offer.

RE-LCD has the right to dispose of bad LCD Screens sent to us that we will not be including in our offer. If you require your unusable screens returned to you, you must state so in the email back to us when accepting our offer.
